We investigate our customers vehicle faults fully with fault codes identified, fully understood, detailed tests carried out and accurate repairs made correctly. We want to uphold a reputation for a first time corect fix.

Diagnostics assessments are carried out strictly to exisiting servicing customers only on an appointment basis, this is to ensure not only are you allocated a time at which your vehicle will be worked on that is convenient for you but also our technician. During that time a technician will be dedicated to identifiying the fault with your vehicle. A common misconception is that a computor 'plug in' tells the technician what exactly is wrong with the vehicle.

A 'plug in' is usually only the starting point from which various other measurements, tests, investigations must progress from to allow an accurate and correct repair to be possible.
